About

This blog is geared towards helping yoga teachers come up fun and creative vinyasas, or sequences of yoga poses, for their classes.  I will post sections from my vinyasa yoga classes each week on my blog in order to help other teachers in coming up with different sequences for their own classes.
Vinyasa yoga is defined as breath synchronized with movement.  Any class that focuses on breath, and the movement from one pose to the next can be considered a vinyasa yoga class.  In my classes, I try to create sequences that flow from one pose to the next in a very graceful and deliberate fashion.  I try to link poses together with the breath (moving on an inhale or an exhale) in a way that truly feels good to the body.
For this blog, I would like to share the different vinyasas I have created throughout the years with my readers, while also learning from them about fun and unique vinyasas they have tried.  This way, we can all learn from each other’s experiences and continue to provide wonderful yoga classes to each of our students.
Yogis who don’t teach can also benefit from this blog, by using the vinyasas in their own practice, and sharing what sequences they have enjoyed from other classes.
I am looking forward to sharing and hearing from all of you.
Namaste,
- Isaac
